Now you all know what its like to have to take your car to a mechanic, right? Its nothing less than painful. Well I have to say that here Aamco on Shaw St. In Aloha has been one of the least painful experiences ever. From the first time I spoke to the manager Paul on the phone I knew I would be treated well & my anxiety left when I explained the problems of my 27 yr. old Honda that was badly in need of just about everything you can imagine. They honored the Extended Warranty I had purchased & did all the wheeling & dealing for me in order get the very best coverage. They kept my out of pocket expenses to a bare minimum, only doing the necessary work & are helping me get less crucial things done later as I am on a fixed income. And my little red Honda has a long list! Today she got a used (but new to her) low mileage transmission, new CV axles, motor mounts, a rear brake cylinder and an oil change. The mechanic is road testing her right now. New life for a really old little car. Only been here a day and a half and she's almost ready to get back on the road. I am so pleased with the service here . I will definitely be coming back and will be calling Aamco Transmission & Total Car Care, Paul & his team of certified mechanics "My mechanic." They get 6 stars in my book. I will definitely be back & share this experience.

Paul was amazing from start to finish. Customer service that exceeded my expectations especially for this industry.I overheard a conversation he was having on the phone and was impressed with the manner in which he took care of the customer join the other end' Give that man a raise! I will return because of him and hope he will still be with you when I do.

I can't say enough good things about the Aloha AAMCO. Paul is an amazing guy and bent over backwards to help me get my car fixed. You may be able to find cheaper repair work elsewhere, but you're not going to find better customer service anywhere else.
