If your manager in Astoria, Drew Osterlund, was not so absolutely loyal to Gears Automotive and AAMCO I would hire him away from you in a heartbeat. Managers with his combination of technical ability, dedication to perfection, and people skills are a rare combination that any good business owner covets in an employee because it is so hard to find. I hope you reward him generously before someone else tries to steal him from you. I won't because I wouldn't take my families cars to anyone but AAMCO or whoever he is working for.
