My name is Charles I had a problem with my suspension I spoke to bill the manager and he said that it would not cost me anything to have my e500 Mercedes checked for this issue. These folks at Aamco on Pierce n mlk in Clearwater unfortunately are unable to address the issue I have with my vehicle, BUT the customer service was absolutely Top Notch, I don't recall ever going to a/mechanics shop and having customer service as good as these people here, from the manager to the mechanic Todd who inspected my vehicle u both are absolutely great and honest, I will be bringing my vehicles to you all in the future, thank you for spending the time u invested although this particular issue is a bit beyond your scope, Again thank you I will be seeing you all again, you were all great and I appreciated the honesty.
