I am visiting from out of town.... I called, John answered quickly. He was able to have someone drop me off and pick me up when the repair was done. I was nervous about having a repair done far away from home, but because I received excellent customer care from John and his team, I feel better. All of my question s were answered quickly in a professional manner.
