I came to your shop after getting two different inspections and estimates on whaestimates on what I thought was a front brake problem for my 2007 Honda Civic. The estimates I got gave me two different recommendations. They left me somewhat confused and desiring to get another bid from a source I could trust. My barber, Mel, told me of his great satisfaction with your company and how he felt he could trust you with service recommendation. The outcome for me was highly satisfactory and I would like to commend your two employees that helped me. John was very helpful from the beginning and gave me confidence that the estimate I got about my brakes would be accurate and fair. Lance was very helpful in explaining and showing me what the basic need was, just as I suspected, front brake pads and rotors. Both men were extremely professional in their interactions with me and treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. As a former business owner, I know how important it is to have employees that are great representatives of you company. You definitely have those in John and Lance.
