I called ahead and they were expecting me. The verbal quote I was given over the phone was honored despite my car being uncooperative (2000 Subaru Outback took longer than expected) and I was grateful for the savings. Excellent repair and top notch service with a hand-written thank you card I received from them afterwards. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Highly Recommended
