This shop is wonderful. They towed my car from the base to their shop and explained everything to me every step of the way. When I picked up my truck I noticed the managers fraternity ring. As it turns out he and my fiance are frat brothers. Even if the manager had known that fact up front I do not know what he could have done differently to make my repair situation any better.

Overall good service and a good experience. Transmission runs great, but the repair took two days longer than promised. The manager was very informative and made me feel good about how long the repair took.

Wow! What a very different experience. The manager Tony was very, very professional and very, very informative. I can safely say that I felt immediately at ease with his explanation and I will definitely bring my car back as soon as I can afford to do so. BTW: the guys at the shop seem to get along very well. Unusually nice atmosphere for an auto repair shop!
