Timeliness: excellent, rating 5 stars Expertise: 5 stars Cost: 4 stars Professional: 4 Update Technucal Training: 5 We were very pleased with the work that AAMCO performed on our LR3. It required a new (remanufactured) transmission. Very surprised that AAMCO was very knowledgeable about this vehicle and its major operating components. The Manager, James provided us with the technical details for this large repair and reason for replacement. He also explained the difference between a rebuilt transmission and a remanufactured transmission (cost and performance). This was the first time ever that we allowedanyone other than Landrover to oerform service/repairs on the vehicle, and we are very pleased with AAMCO`S work. They also offered a better warranty and total cost package than Landrover. In summary AAMCO offers quick, reliable service and the staff is knowledgeable and very professional. The only reason that we rated them as a 4 on cost was due to the fact that the total cost very close to that of Landrover and they did not have a loaner vehicle program. The overall cost wasn't bad considering that Landrover service facility was two hours away (one way) and they only offered a one year warranty vs AAMCO which was 20 minutes away and offered a three year warranty. Otherwise this is a great place to have your vehicle service. Kuddos to James and Thank you.

I went to 3 other shops and no one could find the issue with my brake lights and finally I came here and they fixed the problem and I wasn't over charged' everyone was polite and kept me updated on the work. I will definitely return.

The guys here did a great job with my Acura. It was a little trial an error. Had a couple leaks but they repaired my engine back to full operational status. While the engine was removed for the main seal they replaced my cutch assembly with no additional labor cost. I recommended AAMCO at Lexington Park MD
