Correctly assessed my transmission issue as an electrical problem and did not do or charge anything until the shop across the street fixed the elecrricals. The mechanical issue that remained was also correctly addressed. Very happy with the customer service and honesty. Unfortunately, due to suppliers sending the wrong parts the repair took 2 months (between both shops). One of the bolts in the transmission pan was also broken and not repaired until mentioned. Very happy that my car was repaired correctly the first time.
