After being stranded on the side of the road with no forward or reverse gears, I got my van towed home. Being from Reynoldsburg ipucjed up the phone and called Aramco, a place that had been here longer than me. Ron was helpful and courteous right from the start. He arranged to have a tow truck come get it and we were off. Ron kept me in the loop throughout the diagnostic stages, doing his best to provide realistic expectations. They were very willing to work with me and took the time to explain the work that was done and/or needed done. In the end, the experience was exactly what I needed,quality customer service at a competitive price. Having bought this van used, it's actually shifting better than it ever has!
