My car is fairly new, but early in the summer my air conditioner began to act up. I took it to get a couple of quotes around town and they were all really, really high. Incidentally, a week later the car died, and it had something to do with the transmission, so I had it towed to AAMCO because I knew they did transmissions. Their team was really, really helpful in finding what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. They also gave me a really low rate for the air conditioner, which I was quite pleased with, and they were really patient with the billing and the questions I asked. It was a wonderful, wonderful experience! I even recommended them to my mom when she had car problems after that, and we were both really pleased.

My husband took our truck into AAMCO Transmissions & Auto Service because it was making a strange noise. He took it to Joshua, the manager there. We weren't able to have Joshua make a complete diagnosis of what the problem was right then, and he didn't feel comfortable about taking the truck and working on it before knowing what the problem was. He told my husband to wait until the noise started again and then to bring it in then. My husband was impressed that Joshua advised him to wait. Of course, after my husband had been deployed, it started making noise again! So, it was up to me to deal with it. I called Joshua up and he offered to send a truck out to have it towed to the shop. I told him that was fine, but I was okay driving it to the shop myself. He was able to figure the issue out, and it was actually a cheaper fix then he originally thought it might be, which was a lot easier on my pocket! Overall, this was a great experience! Joshua was very honest, helpful and easy to work with. Both my husband and I appreciated how nice he was to work with. It put my husband's mind at ease, knowing I was dealing with a good mechanic. Joshua is an awesome manager! He really is phenomenal! He fixed our truck and everything's been working just fine! Karen McClain

AAMCO really went out of the way to help me when it was not even necessary. Josh paid out of pocket to give me a rental car because it was taking longer that quoted, as they had found some surprises. They were very, very polite, and very helpful.

I've got three cars and AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care services all three of them. I had to get one of my cars a new engine. Josh, who also takes care of the office, was able to find one and come up with a good solution for me. The car's now doing fine and running well. AAMCO also replaced a transmission for another car of mine, and that's working really well too. I found out about AAMCO Transmissions through the phone book. Josh has done a good job. He has good customer service and is good at finding solutions for my cars. I would tell others that they can trust AAMCO and they give you a good price!
