I was in here for an oil change, and a rude Latina came in demanding records that her "ex husbands records form her car" and was very pleased to see that Fred at the front did not just hand them over. He explained that its not in her name and he can't release that. With someone who has had records like that stolen before, it was great to see that Fred understood the law and knew not to give them up. Gained a lot of trust from me for sure.
