Impressed with the value of the service! They took more time to explain not only what they were doing & the many things they were checking for, but why it mattered for me to make an informed decision. The previous shop that I had gotten an estimate from didn't give me any option other than just to replace it, and the $ amount. I much prefer to have the additional detail, giving me the confidence that it will be done correctly, not to mention that they stand behind their work with a 3 year warranty.
