Just had my transmission replaced in my Ford truck. Great customer service by Jon and his shop. The entire process was painless and was handled entirely by phone. He handled the towing and carefully explained the options after evaluating the problem. All commitments were made and time frames met. Communication was outstanding and would recommend this shop for your vehicle needs.
