Mel made me feel comfortable from my very first phone during my initial search for the company I was going to hire, he was very knowledgeable and understanding in my fear of getting shafted. He explained the tow and diagnosis process and even gave me a worst case scenario based on model and year. Once I came in unannounced he was cheerful and I felt reassured. He introduced me to Tony as I called him Dr Frankenstein Tony let me watch as he opened my baby and explained ever part as he pulled it and what was wrong. Everyone was professional and polite delivery on time and at cost. I've always shyed away from mechanics but I've found mine!! Thanks Mel and Tony and AAMCO!,,,,,,

Easy to work with. Took time to explain then issue. Resolved issue and even reassed and resolved the issue after a faulty part. Big time stress relief. I will use again and recommend them to others. Fair prices and easy to get ahold of.
