I would have to say that I had a very good experience here. After my transmission went out I removed it myself and brought it here to get looket at. I was amazed they let me back tho witness the technician tear down the transmission and explain to me in detail what all was needed to rebuild it. After I got it back and noticed something was not right I was asked to bring it down and it was corrected no additional cost for parts or labor. Six months later I saw a bit of fluid leaking and again it was fixed in record time under warranty. Special thanks to Murray for being patient with me and to Scott for working with me on the cost as I brought in the transmission out of the vehicle and they still warrantied all work that was done. Even though I did have to cover some cost the second time to remove and install I don't hold that against them. NO other shop would have given me the the level of service that they did. I will come back for sure if needed.
