The male receptionist was curt. He never said good morning or he didn't call me by my name. No eye contact. The nursing assistant was cold and rushed through pre-op instructions.

Appreciated the thorough testing and process of obtaining necessary information and providing thorough and understandable explanations regarding my present medical condition and previous surgical history. Dr. Gebrelul provided excellent clarification and guidance regarding the options were available to me presently as well as future options regarding the medical condition that I am currently experiencing.

It’s probably because I’m older, but I did find the process of filling out the information on the iPad was a little tricky.
