When I tell you everybody, was so nice it's scary, but I l love it! no pain just a little stiffness, taking slow, and easy, but if it was up to me I would hang out with the staff, every day, that's how good your staff, and also the stay, is I could not make this up excellent staff. Dr.Gebrelul, was great ! If I had a third leg I would let him replace that one too no kidding and he is excellent also I have told everyone about him!

Dr. Gebrelul seemed very caring and patient when explaining my injury to me and in recommending treatment. I have one overall concern which is the difficulty in setting up appointments for physical therapy. He suggested that I start physical therapy the following week. I found that to be impossible. There were long waits for an initial appointment at every practice I called. I finally realized that the earliest I would be able to see someone would be late March or early April. I starting calling on the morning of Feb.21, and after spending 3 hours on the phone that morning, managed to schedule 8 appointments starting March 26. I feel strongly that my experience is not unusual. I think Orthopedists need to be made aware of the obstacles their patients are facing..

Fantastic interaction with Dr. G, his medical assistance and x-ray technician. Dr. G listened to my concerns, addressed my questions, laid out a clear path forward and put me at ease. Couldn’t be more grateful for his genuine care, time and attention. Front office staff are typically the first and last point of contact for patients and set the tone for the practice. Encourage them to be aware of their demeanor when greeting patients especially when a patient is new. Suggest they strive to make patients experience positive and smooth explaining and/or calling out things expected of the patient when checking in. They should make sure the patient feels welcome and the process for check in/out is smooth, anticipate questions, and do their best to ensure a caring, positive experience. There are many great orthopedic practices in Northern Virginia to choose from…making sure your front desk is on their game can impact the practice no matter the reputation of the physicians. Lastly, encourage the front staff to be sensitive to the patients as they are not coming to the practice because they have some free time in their day. They are typically coming because they are experiencing an extended period of pain and discomfort that is impeding their quality of life and seeking treatment to get relief in the short and long term. Thank you for opportunity to share my feedback. I was in the business of customer service for 45 years. I know first hand how a front desk staff can make or hurt a business.
