Great location and staff.

Doctor Gebrelul is the best! He is ever pleasant and a great listener. I trust that what he says is best practice and informed by current research. When he walks into the exam room, he has updated himself on past visits and is ready to learn of recent developments.

I enjoyed meeting Dr G and discussing my options. It’s overwhelming scheduling a partial knee replacement. I did not sign up for APP within 72 hours and requested it again. Did not receive Force Patient set up even though I received a date for surgery in the morning. Need a way to communicate with doctor or nurses.

Recommend more interpersonal communications. Everything is too automated. I didn’t see Dr G after my surgery…so I expected a follow up phone call. That didn’t happen. Then when I had terrible stomach pain and was running a fever I wrote and requested Dr G call me asap. No call.. had to text with and talk to a nurse. That is really my only recommendation. Automation is good but it lacks the personal touch

Dr. G is an amazing surgeon and the biggest compliment I can give is all recommendations I have to others that have asked who did my surgery and I tell them about Dr. G and he literally saved my knee and yes I am still fighting to get my leg and knee back to a somewhat normal bend but it is coming.

They do I great job of explaining your options and providing you with all the information needed to make a decision
