Although the very first time I went to the Anderson Clinic, my experience was not good at all and I vowed I would never go back. 4 yrs later my pain mgt Dr gave me the name of a Dr that specializes in obese patients. I had no Idea that this Dr was part of the Anderson Clinic till I made the appt. I hesitated about going but I suffered long enough so I went through with it. Dr Gebrelul was not the Dr I was referred to but things worked out that day. He explained everything that was wrong with my hip then asked me when would I like to do this. I said do what? Lol. For 4yrs I was told that I was too heavy blah blah blah even after losing 56lbs and now this Dr wants to do it?My anxiety was all over the place. Dr Gebrelul is by far the best Dr that I have come across in my entire 65yrs. His confidence and bedside manner made me feel like today is the day Im getting my life back. Im 9 days post op and I feel fabulous. I just wish that 4yrs ago the initial Dr that I saw would have said "Darlene, I dont specialize in obese patients but my colleague does" instead of making me feel like I was the heaviest person out there. I will never forget that day. And for 4yrs I prayed that one day I would be able to walk without this walker and enjoy going to events and hanging out with my grandchildren instead of saying I can't go because of the pain. So from the very bottom of my heart I want to thank Dr Gebrelul for everything, I can't thank him enough. Darlene M

I am a personal trainer with 50yrs in the field…everybody knows about Anderson Oerthopedic!Dr Gebrelul is fantastic!My left hip replacement of 6 years ago, not with AOC, was vastly inferior to my recent right hip replacement by Dr Gebrelul about 5 weeeks prior.This hip felt better and more stable in one week than my prior replace ever did.Clearly AOC attracts the very best in the field. Thanks Doc. I am simply amazed.Additionally, in my four visits including today I NEVER waited 5 minutes for anyone or anything.
