Recommend you discuss professionalism with the receptionist. Even in the waiting room, we could clearly hear his personal conversation because he had his phone on speaker. Not only did we hear everything she had to say and the very loud laughing, but we heard everything that he had to say, it was as if they were yelling at each other, we were very surprised that there was no concern with customers nearby . Other than that, everyone else was professional and we were extremely impressed of course with Dr. G!
