Everything was fine nothing else,great information

I had two hip replacements prior to this partial knee replacement surgery, all by Anderson Orthopedic. As with the two prior procedures, the actual procedure went fine and is the reason I recommend AOC. but the front office (Harborside) staff is lacking and not up to the standard set by the Anderson Clinic personnel. Each time I speak with someone from Harborside some of the information they transmit is erroneous. One time it was directions, another was payment due and how to pay, another time it was whether they had all the required forms, another time it was quality of the copied forms and they contained misspellings and grammatical errors that affected understanding them.

The Reston office is relatively easy to find.

Visited the Reston office

This was a follow up visit for my knee replacement. Four months out and he said that he didn’t need to see me again until I needed my left knee replaced.😊

Dr. Gebrelul was absolutely wonderful!! He took time to listen to me. He explained my options. He gave me instructions in writing because I’m forgetful. He spoke up loudly to accommodate my hearing loss. He was caring, pleasant, and knowledgeable!

Excellent Customer Service. Dr G explained things throughly, listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Grebrelul is patient and clearly explains the results of our meeting.
