Love Dr G

Dr G has great bedside manners. He answers all your questions and concerns and is very thorough. He is very positive and encouraging which is hugely important. Great Doctor!

They are very professional, on schedule, doctor ck in w/patient prior to sugery date and on sugery date during prep. Staff constancely check in on patient to see if ther questions and advise of the process status, best experience I've have ever had.

Dr. G is patient and kind and very clear with the information on my concerns. Julia I. Was very kind and helpful. She has interpersonal skills that easily calmed me down and I was able to collect myself in order to be ready to speak with Dr. G.

Dr. Gebrelul is a wonderful physician. My Ortho referred me to Dr. G. He did two very difficult surgeries within a 3 month period. Then I had an infection in the knee 6 weeks after my last surgery. This required another surgery to clean it out and IV antibiotics. Dr. G had me go see him every 3-4 days after discharge for over a two week period. He wanted to keep a close eye on it to be sure infection did not return. I always thought he was really looking after me. His bedside manner is wonderful. Very caring and explained all aspects of care. I will definitely use him again if I’m in need of future knee surgery. I still have a long recovery ahead of me and am not done with Dr. G by a long shot!! The Dr.’s assistant is also very wonderful. Very caring and personable. I can not stop singing their praises. I will definitely highly recommend Anderson clinic and especially Dr. G to any one in need of knee evaluation/surgery. 5 stars! I would rate 10 stars if that was possible!!

The staff was very efficient and kind. I didn't even sit down in the waiting room but right to xray then directly to the exam room. Dr. G explained what was wrong and had a plan to fix my knee in terms so I knew exactly what he meant. And he was very slick with the needle!!! I liked him so much my husband is setting up an appt!

All people in the Clinic are very helpful.

There was some confusion about my prescription. I tried to contact the Lorton Clinic and was hold for almost 2 hours. When someone finally answered the phone she argued with me regarding not needing the physician to contact the pharmacy after they got notice of approval. I finally drove again to the clinic (about 7 miles) to get clarification regarding my medication. I have booked surgery later in the year but am concerned about difficulty contacting the clinic.

The visit was fine but the xray table is hard.

Woman at front desk was a little short with me when I stated that I need to talk to someone about billing. (I had received a bill for a no show when in actuality I was at that appointment) Dr Gebrelul is wonderful. My surgery was a difficult one and I’m so happy that Dr. Lowery felt the need to refer me to Anderson Clinic for my surgery.
