Dr Gebrelul is not only a skilled and knowledgeable Doctor, he has a wonderful caring empathic bedside manner. Dr Eng and Dr Gebrelul pretty much saved my life with an appointment with Dr Eng and Dr Gebrelul doing emergency surgery the very next day.A year ago last May. However, this almost didn’t happen because of an automated phone system that took an entire day to finally get a human to schedule this life saving appointment and not put me on hold , transfer me or cut me off. God bless the person who helped me. It was so stressful I almost gave up and would not be doing this review had I given up. I think and hope the phone system is working better now than it did last May.
