The staff was very efficient and kind. I didn't even sit down in the waiting room but right to xray then directly to the exam room. Dr. G explained what was wrong and had a plan to fix my knee in terms so I knew exactly what he meant. And he was very slick with the needle!!! I liked him so much my husband is setting up an appt!

All people in the Clinic are very helpful.

There was some confusion about my prescription. I tried to contact the Lorton Clinic and was hold for almost 2 hours. When someone finally answered the phone she argued with me regarding not needing the physician to contact the pharmacy after they got notice of approval. I finally drove again to the clinic (about 7 miles) to get clarification regarding my medication. I have booked surgery later in the year but am concerned about difficulty contacting the clinic.

The visit was fine but the xray table is hard.

Woman at front desk was a little short with me when I stated that I need to talk to someone about billing. (I had received a bill for a no show when inactuality I was at that appointment)Dr Gebrelul is wonderful. My surgery was a difficult one and I’m so happy that Dr. Lowery felt the need to refer me to Anderson Clinic for my surgery.

After spending 40 minutes discussing my knee issues with Dr. Aaron Gebrelul, I feel that there will be a resolution to my pain and discomfort. He listened to what I had to say, discussed his plan of action, and most importantly said to me, “it is my is my responsibility to figure out a solution to your problem. The Dr is Awesome! He will take as much time with you as needed, not like 5 minutes and no more time. Answering all questions you may have , makes sure you understand everything ! Makes you feel you are important! Recommend to everyone !
