I booked an appointment at ingrams for a routine check up. I hadn't been to the dentist for 5 years after having a few bad experiences with my previous nhs dentist. Sue was relaxing, thorough and diagnosed any potential issues. With their payment plan I have found it reasonably priced and I will certainly continue to use them.

I am in my mid-seventies. A week ago I made an emergency visit to see Mike because I experienced pain when chewing on the left side of my mouth. I suspected a problem with a large upper molar. After examination and x-ray Mike confirmed that this tooth was the cause of my discomfort. He explained the problem and options - basically extensive root canal work over three sessions or extraction. He treated the tooth to help pain relief and provided quotes for both options. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision but Mike suggested I took some time to consider the options before making a decision. The following day I called to make an appointment for an extraction. The tooth has been extracted this morning. Before proceeding he numbed the whole area with injections. To avoid damage to adjacent teeth he ground all round the offending tooth to provide space between the teeth. I felt no pain at all during the whole process and was given written guidelines on what to do to avoid any complications. Excellent, professional service and treatment - I have no reservations in recommending this practice.

I was seen ahead of my appointment time. Mr Ingram and the dental nurse were as kind and caring as the normally are. Everything to do with my check up was extremely pained clearly and the outcome was good.

I needed an immediate appointment after I chipped a front tooth. I rang and got in the same day and Mike did a repair there and then. I am so impressed with the team at Ingrams from the initial call to the delivery of the treatment. I can't recommend these guys enough. Sign up now..
