Excellent !

I attended Ingrams dental practice three weeks ago with an abscess that had become infected beneath a tooth. The pain was excruciating. X-Rays were taken to confirm the cause of the pain and a plan made to tackle things; 1. Treat infection - anti-biotics, 2) appointment in 1 week once infection has been treated to prepare tooth for root canal treatment (the tooth had in effect died), 3) appointment 1 week after tooth prepared to install root canal and cap. All the treatment went without a hitch and the pain had subsided within two days of anti-biotic treatment. There is never a highlight with dental treatment but if I were to pull one from this episode, it is that the second and third appointments required local anesthetics. I have a fear of needles. Ingrams are expert at no pain treatment and I can vouch for the fact no pain was felt. This is a first having used five other dentists in my life time. Excellent service.
