I signed up online which went very smoothly. A bit later I got a call welcoming me and making sure I had no questions or issues. I was able to get into the facility and found my unit using the map. Everything was smooth and easy!

So far it's been great, the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They got me set up quickly in a great unit despite a couple of logistical snags. Pam is awesome and always smiling and happy to help. The unit itself is very clean and the facility is well kept.
