The units are clean and easily accessible. The front office staff are capable and helpful.

The total cost of the storage unit is too high including insuranceand other fees.

I have been using CubeSmart for a few years but unfortunately you increase monthly cost between every 4 to 6 months with in increase percentage of not 5 or 10 percent but instead your increase if 30% or more.I found that another company is half your price and even offers prepaid contract for 6 months.

Mostly good except there isn't always staff in the office, so you can't always access bathroom. Also, cell and text service is not great, and no wifi.

Extremely friendly, helpful and concerned facilities manager, Thien. And the facilities were always clean.

My storage bill increased from $238 in June of 2022 to $448 by February of 2025. That is why I left. The facility was excellent and the staff helpful. In that regard, I have no complaints.

Tien Le, the facility manager at 11015 West Ave Kensington MD is extremely polite and thoughtful. The facility is so clean it smells clean. The price is reasonable. HOWEVER, YOU SHOULD GET THE ELEVATORS AND GARAGE DOORS FIXED. Mr. Le has tried numerous times to get service at the facility but the elevators are still broken.
