Downsizing

The first step process in locating a storage was very helpful to me.

Jacking up the price after reeling me in with a lower price was annoying, but the worst was the fact that it took me 5 tries to close out my unit. And I never actually got ahold of a person, despite going to the office and calling multiple times.

Operation was very efficient and very well managed.

Because after I was with cubesmart for so many years, the prices went up so much. On top of that I had a problem with the manager

When I arrived at the facility (4:00p) no one was at the front desk and the time posted on the door stated someone would return by 4:45p. In addition, the scheduler said a lock would be placed at the space (348). There was no lock so I had to go and buy one. The movers and I arrived at 4:00p. We waited until 4:50p and still no one showed up. We left the facility at 5:00p and still no one came. I would like to have a credit for the lock replacement and a credit for the space. I moved out of the unit last Saturday May 9, 2026. I found a better storage and I would like a refund.
