There were mouse droppings in my units, more in one than the other. Then I actually saw mice running around in the hallways near my units; two came out of the utility/electrical closet and another one from somewhere down the hall. Also, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Increasing prices every year with no additional benefits. Poor pest control. Many items list due to contamination.

The facility was clean and service was good.Having had little experience with storage facilities, I was surprised to discover t h e increase in such a short period .The costs seemed high for seniors!!!
