On April 6, a garage door service tech was at the residence to install a new weather strip on the garage door (old one was pretty much gone). The tech was very professional, courteous, and completed the job in a very timely manner. He also lubricated the door runners. Great job, and the new weather stripping is keeping garage much cleaner. Thanks.

Sliding door repair door net replacement was done in a timely manner. Knowledgeable, experienced and professional handyman took care of the repairs and everything works perfectly.

Action Properties is one of the best property mgmt companies we have dealt with! Terri and Alicia are easy to work with. They follow thru quickly on any open issues we have had. So sad we are moving, but if you are looking for a rental home definitely give them a call.
