My family and I have been tenants of Action Properties for 7+ years. As tenants, we strive to fulfill our responsibility by taking care of the property to the best of our ability. Action properties promptly sent Hometown appliance to address our washer problem. Hometown appliance did an excellent job in finding the problem.

Have not had any issues. The one time I needed repair, for a downed fence, they did the best job possible to get us secured. We greatly appreciate the hands off approach and the ease of the payment app. Has been a good experience thus far.

I wasn't there. The guy called, I gave him permission to go in the back yard. Haven't seen work yet
