There is a list of items needing to be addressed for repairs upon move in. Some flooring in Kitchen was replaced due to sun fading and there is residual glue in areas of kitchen making floors sticky and hard to maintain

Great service

The price of rent is a bit expensive. But we knew this when signing the contract. But know we are scraping the barrel each month to make rent. We had to borrow money from parents to make rent this year. Also we haven’t received our air filters that we are paying for in the base rent price. Can the base rate either drop or stay the same in 2023? Other than that we love this home and do not want to move again.

The plumber did a wonderful job, he was very polite and nice and got everything working

Landscaper came on Monday Nov 15 and replaced sprinkler valve and 2 sprinkler heads, he came back on Tuesday and Checked the system, seems all is working.

They are a great property management company to rent from. They are responsive and always get things fixed as quickly as possible.

Repair was done quickly and the contractor was very experienced and did a great job on the fence.

Our entire experience with Action Properties over the years was phenomenal. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and there to help. The properties are well-maintained and clean. I highly recommend this organization to everyone.
