A5 Landscaping did a great job trimming the large pine tree and other bushes in the front and cleaning off the pine needles that had accumulated thru the years on the roof. It also appears the drip system is functioning; We had also requested it to be repaired. We are happy with the company's performance; they were also very professional.

As a solo female tenant, I do feel my safety is at risk because of the broken fences around the property. Anyone can come and go very easily using the broken fences. Also, sometimes I see people loitering by the stairwell. It makes me feel very uneasy
