We moved into 2177 Malibu Place on Oct 01, 2018 as our very first family home to rent in the US and rented this property for 3 years & 1 month. We decided to move out when we felt it was time for us to purchase our own home. 2177 Malibu Place will bring plenty of good memories for my family. The gated community where the property is situated is awesome, with friendly neighbors and young families. It didn’t take our 2 young boys, then 8 and 4 yrs. Old as at 2018 too long after we moved in to meet other young kids in the community to play with. Most times, all the kids would come out in the evening hours to play together and you could feel the bonding, friendliness, togetherness, the warmth and even parents chatting together etc. During the lockdown in 2020, and whilst everyone were quarantining inside the gated community and kids doing home schooling, the kids still have to come out in the evening on their bicycles to do couple of lapses within the community, which really helped them with their mental and wellbeing state. The community is very safe and never heard of any theft or property breaking into throughout our 3 years stay. The management staff (Action Properties – Roseville) have also been awesome and good with communication, either returning your phone calls or responding to maintenance issues / request. Our special thanks to Alicia Peterson, Cathie Newman, Terri Alcala and rest of the Action Properties for your services, we greatly appreciated all you do and wish you all the best for the future.

Considerate and honest

The plumber used was in and out in under 30 minutes. We got speedy response from Action Properties to this problem. Other problems have taken longer and not been resolved.

Contacted Action Properties regarding issue with backyard sprinklers, lawn was not getting enough water. Some sprinklers were broken It took a couple of weeks and contacting Action Properties and the landscaper two times, but the sprinklers and a broken pipe were finally resolved. The lawn seems to be recovering well.
