Great company. Friendly staff and on time.

I have been with Action Properties for 5 years. There is always someone to answer the phone, if not they return calls right away. If there are maintenance issues with my property, they notify me right away and the maintenance issues get resolved quickly. One time between tenants, I needed assistance on getting the property ready to rent again. They had the resources to help me. This is my first property and its been a learning experience and the staff were excellent in helping me. I highly recommend Action Properties. Rita

Extremely happy with Action properties. Am considering having them manage an additional property.

A nice group of people, but we worked thru the covid problem ok. We were Paradise fire people and Terri and staff were very helpful in our transition.

As always, actual properties responds promptly. The subcontractors they send are always really great people. I Always appreciate how well action properties takes care of us.

I’ve rented with Action Properties since July 2020 and it has been nothing but excellent. They answer my calls my texts promptly they are quick to make sure that when you have maintenance issue it gets fixed right away. Everyone is so friendly on the staff that I’ve had the pleasure to interact with. I would highly recommend renting from them. I’m grateful I found them.

All of the staff were super helpful. We had to leave before our lease was up, the staff at Action Properties aggressively worked to find a new tenant. The exit inspection was honest and fair resulting in a return of the majority of our deposit. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent response as always! We needed the master bath sink faucets replaced due to severe finish deterioration on the old ones. I found and purchased some nice new ones at Costco for a good price and called to see if someone could install them. The plumber who came out was great and finished the job in short order. There was a slight leak from one after he left but he came right back out as soon as we called and took care of it. They look great!
