J&H guys are awesome, but it shouldn't have taken 9 months to get the move in requests worked on.

My experience with Action Properties has been outstanding!

The whole move in process was seamless and Serena has been very responsive! My keys came with a move in inspection that came with pictures of literally every nook of the house. Made me feel secure knowing there weren't any hidden surprises!

I'm uncertain what request you want a feedback on, but the only request recently was well over a month ago. We needed a plugged sink in the master bedroom unplugged and a dripping kitchen sink faucet replaced. Our request was quickly responded to and the plumbing company provided excellent service to our complete satisfaction.

A great company to rent from. The are on top of everything.
