We have rented through Action Properties for a number of years. Terri and her team have always been responsive and quick to help solve maintenance problems when ever they have occurred. The Action Property staff is friendly and very professional to work with.

Our air conditioner was blowing hot air during a period of very hot temperatures. Action Properties responded immediately. The AC technician was very competent and professional.
