Reduce the rent payment

Have no issues with rental company. Just a bit of a struggle to make rent on time.

A5 Landscaping did a great job trimming the large pine tree and other bushes in the front and cleaning off the pine needles that had accumulated thru the years on the roof. It also appears the drip system is functioning; We had also requested it to be repaired. We are happy with the company's performance; they were also very professional.
