Sometimes the maintenance requests either get lost or take a long time to be responded to. Otherwise, the tenant portal is great and an easy way to find the information that you are looking for.

This company is great! I have lived here for about 8 years and have never had an issue. When I have a maintenance request, they respond and address the situation right away. The property is safe, clean and quiet. I highly recommend Action Properties.
