Action Properties is awesome! They helped me with getting an apartment in Roseville. The office staff is very professional, and they respond very quickly. My apartment is well maintained and any questions or issues I have are handled promptly. I highly recommend them.

The people at your agency are professional and very courteous. The thing I liked best is that you actually answer your phone and I get to speak with a person not a machine. This is something I appreciate when looking for a company to work with.

Bugs around like black widows and ants but under control. Fire alarm not repaired yet here.

The last work order completed at the Branchwater address was in Feb- one for replacement of closet doors (new one works great), minor cabinet drawer repairs, shower caulking, and securing a new chain on living area ceiling fan (still too short to reach). The other repair was also in Feb to address a leak in main bath toilet (no problems since) Both vendors very friendly,efficient- satisfied with all work overall. (could still use a longer chain to enable use of ceiling fan in main living area.) Thanks for addressing these issues-much appreciated.
