Awesome property management team, if there's ever a problem they where there to help.

Since action propertie gave my wife and I an opportunity to rent a house from them with less-than-perfect credit they have helped us out along the way, I am disabled on a fixed income and have had some financial problems do to horrendous medical bills and they have been very helpful working things out with us, we have been very fortunate & love the house we are in. we hope we can stay for a long time providing the rent does not keep going up as much as it has.

They are a great property management and never rude or inconsiderate of my needs. If there is ever a problem with the property they are quick to resolve the issue.
