The man who put in our water heater did a great jo, very fast I thought.

Mike came about two months ago and took down the termite-laden patio cover. It was in bad shape and the right thing to do. He said no one had suggested that a new one be built so the patio has four cemented-in upright fasteners (about six inches high) that he covered with orange cones. I don't mind them, but you might consider telling the owner and ask if she plans to put up another patio cover. The cover was appreciated during very hot days because it cut down on effects of afternoons' direct sunlight (it faced west). Landscapers/Gardeners are doing a good job. Nice chaps.

I didn’t put in a request for gutter maintenance...it was put in by action properties ...I don’t know if it was completed no card or note was left if they did ...I appreciate all you do ...Kim is always very helpful and clearly the best in getting problems resolved ...I did have another maintenance request but because the gutter cleaning was there I couldn’t enter it online ...overall I am very pleased

Fence repair is good middle ground. the fence should fall down for the near term. The repair team were on-time competent and professional, as always.
