We were very pleased with our experience as tenants of Action Properties. All maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner at no cost to us. Billing was accurate and our full deposit was returned to us within 2 weeks of departing our residence. A+

The renewal of our lease was very easy and quick. The only part I didn't like was all the initialing and signatures. Otherwise, it was handled well and quickly.

There great and understanding group of people that really care for the needs and wants from there tendents.they are fast to respond to your calls and emails. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a house to rent...thanks for being great and understanding......

Action Properties is great at responding to maintenance and repair calls. They are fast at returning emails and phone calls. I am very happy as a renter with this company.
