I have rented from Action Properties for the last year and a half. Recently, the person that owns the home I am in needed it back. Action took the time to set me up in a great home in the same area and made sure the un-expected move will be seamless. I highly recommend them!

Peace of mind. They take of the rental requirements. Periodic checks on the tenants and the property. They handle any notifications to the tenants.
