Action properties team was a joy to work with. While only in the property for less that a year, they were very responsive to issues with the AC system and and a small plumbing issue. The maintenance staff were very accommodating to my schedule and the yard service was first class. As the home owner was wanting to sell the property before my lease was up, this created a ton of stress on me to find another home and cover the unexpected moving and rental deposit fees. Teri was extremely helpful and worked to get the walk through done and my deposit back in short order. I will miss working with the Action team.

Iv had 2 rentals through action properties and I have zero complaints. Very friendly staff and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. Will definitely use them in the future if needed. Very easy to work with.
