I hate moving, however one day while picking my daughter up from school we drove by a house that was for rent. We looked at each other and said lets rent it. I called Action Properties that same day. They scheduled time for me to walk thru the next day and see the house. That same night I filled out their online application. Two days later I was notified I was approved. I let them know it would be a month before my lease was up and they notified the owner and a move in date was set according to the time I needed. Action Properties made the process easy and stress free. They worked with the owner and have taken care of the repairs we found in a timely manner and managed it according to my availability. As much as I hate moving my family and I are glad we did.

The handyman that came to fix my running toilet problem and leaking kitchen sink faucet sprayer was very knowledgeable and assessed the problems quickly and had them repaired in no time. It was a very positive experience. I had some electrical issues as well and he was very willing to stay a little longer to fix those.in addition when he called to schedule the visit, he was able to accommodate my work schedule and come at the end of my work day.

seems to take too long to get major items fixed after recent move-in. The staff is always pleasant in responding to questions about the status of requested fixes but always lays off the delay on the property owner; he's been traveling, is on vacation, etc. Three weeks to get an approval to fix a broken gate post (need two people to open the gate) and get a front door painted that is badly in need of paint is a bit much. I really expected a higher level of response considering the home is worth more than $500K and needs to reflect the pride of ownership shown by the other homes in this neighborhood. I have pride in where I live and have spent more than $500 of my own $$ in the last three weeks just to get the landscape in an acceptable condition and had three ceiling fans installed to improve the interior airflow. I have requested reimbursement but based on the foregoing my chances of getting it appear slim.
