The finance guy could be happier...lol. The fluids could have been topped off, coolant and brake fluid way liw. I didn't feel like I was taken seriously when I showed them the rotors. I will my new to me car for a inspection on my own just to see what they say. I will have to replace tires and brakes.

The 2019 Ford flex we purchased had about 4 inches of standing water in the spare wheel compartment. The entire wheel cover floor piece that sits over it was covered by mold and some other fungus and we will need to be replacing this. We initially missed this as I thought my husband had checked it out (he hadn't). I find it so hard to believe that you and your salesmen didn't know about this problem prior to selling us this vehicle.

Looked through the car completely and made sure pieces weren’t missing from the car.

Better communication between Buyer and Salesman/Sales Manager. After waiting for a Tire Key to arrive to dealer and repairs made, vehicle was delivered to me without A Tire Key. No information on how to buy a correct tire key. The vehicle was unwashed and on delivery by Used Sales Manager I was not given nor explained about completion of promised work performed, given a Tire Key or a proper walk around.

Car was extremely dirty, surface level was clean yes but cubbies in each door had gunk and dirt in them. Underneath the seats, there was crayons and old food. In the back row, I pulled out old pieces of bread, socks, toys, crayons, wrappers, cereal. Back of the seats had juice, stains and different stains on the back of them.I would’ve thought buying it from a dealership would have been a lot cleaner.

Nothing. It was no pressure, no haggle process. It was actually very easy to purchase the vehicle

Asthetics in the used car sales building is dull and the chairs are worn out. No problem with the salesman, they are all very polite.

New car was not sufficiently detailed/clean. Also had .too many miles on it, which we were not told about in advance.
