Car was extremely dirty, surface level was clean yes but cubbies in each door had gunk and dirt in them. Underneath the seats, there was crayons and old food. In the back row, I pulled out old pieces of bread, socks, toys, crayons, wrappers, cereal. Back of the seats had juice, stains and different stains on the back of them.I would’ve thought buying it from a dealership would have been a lot cleaner.

Asthetics in the used car sales building is dull and the chairs are worn out. No problem with the salesman, they are all very polite.

New car was not sufficiently detailed/clean. Also had .too many miles on it, which we were not told about in advance.

I was told my trade-in that was worth $2500 would attribute towards the cash down price of approximately $322 per month. Your new salesman Dawson was untruthful. You could have made this right by honoring your price or at least coming down a little bit or giving me a second key. Sales manager was not willing to help in anyway. I found this out after driving five hours one way to your dealer. Plus, there’s $3000 worth of service due on the car that I was not told about.. I got screwed.

If you're going to charge for work done before the sale then actually do it. Don't say you did something if you didn't actually do anything.
