I was told my trade-in that was worth $2500 would attribute towards the cash down price of approximately $322 per month. Your new salesman Dawson was untruthful. You could have made this right by honoring your price or at least coming down a little bit or giving me a second key. Sales manager was not willing to help in anyway. I found this out after driving five hours one way to your dealer. Plus, there’s $3000 worth of service due on the car that I was not told about.. I got screwed.

The only thing I’m disappointed in was the fact my car has multiple things that needed repaired. I think you guys should have gone over everything in the car before you put it for sale on the lot. The ac didn’t work and the heating sensor didn’t work. And I have had to make multiple trips to Springfield and I don’t live close so that cost me money and mileage on my new car. I will have to bring it in again because they will have to fix’s the heating sensor still. I’m not to happy to be honest.

I’m hesitant to recommend your dealership due to some things I have heard about how your dealership has handled the free oil changes for customers that purchased a car prior to the ownership change. Although I haven’t had any issues yet, I’m a little nervous about the service going forward. I only have one side of the story but in cases like this I would think there couldn’t be a lot of difference between the two stories.
