The only thing I’m disappointed in was the fact my car has multiple things that needed repaired. I think you guys should have gone over everything in the car before you put it for sale on the lot. The ac didn’t work and the heating sensor didn’t work. And I have had to make multiple trips to Springfield and I don’t live close so that cost me money and mileage on my new car. I will have to bring it in again because they will have to fix’s the heating sensor still. I’m not to happy to be honest.

I’m hesitant to recommend your dealership due to some things I have heard about how your dealership has handled the free oil changes for customers that purchased a car prior to the ownership change. Although I haven’t had any issues yet, I’m a little nervous about the service going forward. I only have one side of the story but in cases like this I would think there couldn’t be a lot of difference between the two stories.

I had a great experience with Braeden everything was great he was very nice and friendly. What wasn’t examined was the 4x4 of the Tacoma I purchased and when I got home after a 4 1/2 hour drive I tested it and the transfer case is messed up. Hopefully Toyota will warranty and fix the problem.
